Do you do home visits?

If you are outside these areas, please contact me as I may be able to come to you but there may be an additional charge to cover additional travel time and cost.
How long is a treatment?
Generally a treatment, including consultation and aftercare advice, will take: –
|Reiki & Indian Head Massage||45 minutes|
|Hopi Ear Candling||45 minutes|
For your first treatment I would suggest you allow an additional 20 minutes for the initial consultation and any questions you may have regarding the treatment.
I am not sure I would like reflexology, do you do taster sessions?
Yes. for new clients, I offer short (20 minute) taster sessions at The Garden Room in Hutton, Brentwood. These cost £10 and will be without a full consultation
How many treatments should I have?
The number of treatments varies from person to person and the reason you are having a treatment. I will discuss a treatment programme according to your specific needs.
I am undergoing medical treatment, can I still have a treatment with you?
All the treatments I offer are suitable alongside conventional medicine. Prior to a treatment I will require you to complete a consultation form detailing your medical history, current health and lifestyle. The treatment will be adapted according to your specific needs.
In some instances, I may require you to consult with your medical practitioner prior to treatment.
If you have any concerns / questions, please discuss with me prior to making an appointment.
Are your treatments suitable for children?
Yes. All the treatments can be beneficial to children and are adapted accordingly, usually making the treatment shorter. For children aged 16 and under a consent form will be required, to be completed by the parent or guardian, who will remain present during the treatment.
I also run workshops for Parents and carers to give their children a gentle, basic reflexology session and Story Massage that you may be interested in.
I am trying to get pregnant / I am pregnant, can I have a treatment?
All my treatments, other than Hot Stone Reflexology, are suitable during pregnancy. When trying to conceive and when pregnant these treatments may help you relax and may alleviate stress and tension. I am trained and experienced in Fertility and Maternity Reflexology and will adapt the treatment according to your needs. For example, a maternity reflexology treatment from 37 weeks onwards works on different reflex and acupressure points in preparation for labour.
For further information on reflexology for conception or during pregnancy contact me.
I am having a treatment at home, do I need to provide anything?
No. I bring along a chair, music and everything I need to make your treatment as relaxing as possible. You just need to provide a calming, uninterrupted environment to get the best from your treatment. There are a few treatments I do not offer for mobile appointments; hot stone reflexology, reiki, hopi ear candling.
What should I wear for a treatment?
Something comfortable. For all my treatments you remain fully clothed, just removing footwear for reflexology. You may want to remove any make-up prior to a Facial Reflexology or Indian Head Massage treatment
Do you use creams or oils?
I generally use some wax or creams for reflexology and Neals Yard Remedies oils for Facial Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling. All the products I use are natural and organic. I will check prior to any treatment for any allergies you may have.
